Privacy policy
Effective from 15 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website and the FUTYN software are run by JK commerce, s. r. o., Svätoplukova 1022/3, 903 01 Senec, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 55 527 035, registered in the Business Register of the City Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 170213/B ("JK Commerce", "we").
For questions about your personal data, write to info@jkcommerce.eu.
2. This website
- The website sets no cookies and uses no trackers, analytics or advertising tools.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or other content from third parties.
- The website is hosted by a cloud hosting provider, currently Microsoft, and its pages are served from Microsoft's worldwide network. As with any website, the servers that deliver a page process your IP address and browser details briefly so they can deliver it and protect against attacks. This rests on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not store this data or use it to identify or profile visitors.
- Because the network is worldwide, this technical data may be processed outside the EU, including in the United States. Microsoft protects such transfers under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in its data protection terms.
3. When you write to us
When you email us, we receive the information you send, usually:
- your name and email address;
- your company name;
- the content of your message.
We use it only to answer you and, if you wish, to prepare an offer or a demo. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your email is stored in our mailbox, provided by Websupport and hosted on Microsoft 365. We delete enquiries that do not lead to a contract within 12 months of our last contact, and we never sell or share them for marketing.
4. Data inside FUTYN
FUTYN customers' data is stored on secure cloud servers. For customers based in the EU, it is always stored in the EU.
- The customer decides what data goes into FUTYN and is its controller.
- JK Commerce processes that data only on the customer's instructions, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
- We use selected cloud hosting providers as subprocessors. They are listed in each customer's data processing agreement.
If you are an employee or business contact of a FUTYN customer, please contact that customer about your data.
5. Amazon seller data
FUTYN can connect to a seller's Amazon account through Amazon's Selling Partner API.
- Only with the seller's permission. FUTYN reads Amazon data only after the seller has authorised it on Amazon's own consent page. The seller can withdraw this permission at any time in Seller Central, and FUTYN then stops reading.
- Read-only. FUTYN reads data such as inventory, sales, shipments, fees and returns. It never changes listings, prices, orders or any other data in the seller's Amazon account.
- No buyer personal data. FUTYN does not request access to Amazon buyers' names, addresses or other personal information.
- Kept for that seller only. The data is stored on secure cloud servers in the EU. Only that seller's company, and JK Commerce for support, can access it. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the access keys are held in a secured key store.
- Used only for that seller. The data is used only to provide FUTYN's planning, shipping and reporting functions to that seller. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone outside that seller's company. The only exceptions are our hosting providers under contract, or where the law requires it.
- Limited staff access. JK Commerce staff access it only to support the seller, and only while the seller allows support access.
- Deletion. The data is kept while the seller's FUTYN contract runs. When the contract ends, the seller can export its data for 30 days. We then delete it within a further 30 days, and backups expire within 35 days. A seller can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
- Security incidents. If a security incident affects Amazon data, we inform Amazon and the affected seller without undue delay.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format.
To use these rights, write to info@jkcommerce.eu. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when our services change. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
